Welcome to Behnke Beach, VA!
A few weeks ago, Steve went on a secret interview in a secret city in a secret state. The interview went well. He charmed the pants off of the HR people, interviewed the heck out of his future boss, and wore a suit fit for Donald Trump. And two days later, he received a call that he got the job. And then we informed you all that we would be moving to Virginia Beach, VA.
Oh Joy.
Well, Norfolk to be exact. At least that is where Steve’s job will be. We’ll start by living in an apartment right on the LaFayette river and, hopefully, will move on to a home later.
So, before we get into any nitty gritty details of our new home, we thought we’d give you a little introduction to the blog. Why write a blog, you ask? Do we have some incredible insight into human life, love, or psyche? No. We just want to keep our friends and family up to date on our lives and in touch with what is going on. So, keep checking back at our blog for exciting news, amusing anecdotes, and some good ol’ fashioned photographs. We’ll try to update about every other day and we’ll try to keep things varied and interesting. We hope you enjoy reading and hope you feel comforted by our web presence during our physical absence.
